The IPS panel type establishes the underlying display technology without supporting claims about colour performance or viewing quality.
The battery specification is one of the more useful headline figures. Lenovo states 13 hours of battery life alongside a 5100mAh capacity. The former is a manufacturer figure rather than an independent test result, but it gives the tablet a defined endurance target on paper. Buyers considering the Tab M9 for portable use therefore have a clear basis for expecting extended use between charging sessions, subject to the conditions behind that rating.
Straightforward hardware
